Due to the perishable nature of the products we sell, returns will only be accepted if you respect the following procedure:

-          Upon receipt: you must notify the carrier immediately of the issue you have and refuse the delivery of the goods.

-          Within 1 hour: Notify us of the reason by email support@laboucherie.com.hk (please mention your order reference) or by phone 2562 1382.

-          We will let you know of the outcome of our decision and should it be positive reimburse you on your credit card or your bank account, depending on the payment method you used at checkout.

Please note that returns are accepted at our own discretion.
