Organic Veal Osso Bucco

From Italian Ossobuco or osso buco that means "bone's hole", the name refers to the marrow hole at the centre of the cross-cut veal shank. This part is one of the tastiest ones of the veal. When cooked, the marrow melts into the sauce, leaving an open hole in the centre, and giving a succulent taste to your meal.
