John Dory fish is one of the most refined and delicate fish. This fragile fish must be treated with care. It is therefore best to cook it in its skin.

You can then cook it in the pan, in the oven, poached, steamed but also grilled on the barbecue after wrapping it in aluminum foil.

While we do the maximum to respect the weight you select below, there may be a slight variation (between -40gr. and +60gr.)
