Since 1929, the Bathouil house abides by the Danish ancestral tradition of salmon smoking, suspended for 20 hours with alder wood, offering a subtle and singular taste, then sliced by hand. Its high quality salmon is sourced from an independent family farm. A savoir-faire extended through three generations of high quality salmon breeding respecting the environment (no GMO, no antibiotics and no pesticides). The raw product’s quality combined with the ancestral smoking technique, warrantees the salmon’s exquisite taste, underligned by a subtle smoke, a crispy texture and a salmon with very little fat.
